This kitchen renovation transforms the heart of a stately villa into a contemporary living space where refinement, comfort, and functionality come together effortlessly. The design respects the home’s architectural character while introducing a modern aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with the rest of the interior.

A key intervention was the integration of the former separate utility room, which is now directly accessible from the kitchen. This creates a more intuitive and efficient circulation while preserving the home’s original functional layout.

The relationship between the kitchen and the living area was carefully considered. Large acoustic glass panels strike a subtle balance between openness and privacy. They allow natural light to flow freely and maintain a visual connection with the living space, while enabling the kitchen to be fully acoustically separated whenever desired.

The use of premium materials, refined detailing, and a restrained colour palette results in a timeless living kitchen where tranquillity, luxury, and everyday functionality enhance one another. The outcome is a space that is not only aesthetically compelling but also designed to be enjoyed every day.
